 DINNING
MB – Open for dinner only, this haute New American fusion restaurant features mod furnishings, comfy chairs, an open kitchen, and an open-air terrace for outdoor dining. The chef is Michelle Bernstein, host of the Food Network’s Melting Pot.
Siete – Open for breakfast and dinner, this whimsical eatery overlooks the pool and gardens. It has a pop art motif and a lively yet relaxed vibe. The buffet breakfast includes traditional Mexican specialties, plus an omelet bar, sushi samples, fresh breads and even a self-service Bloody Mary and mimosa bar. Dinner features contemporary Mexican dishes that imbue the traditions of Mexico, enhanced with modern touches. The restaurant is run by Patricia Quintana, Mexico’s premier chef.
Azur – Open for lunch and snacks, this beachfront restaurant specializes in fresh Mediterranean-style seafood and ceviche. Diners can ponder the ocean or gaze at the beach while enjoying delicious food and cold drinks. It has terraced seating and a palapa roof. The chef is Franco Maddalozzo, from Milan.
Deli – Open from 9am to 10pm, the Deli features sandwiches, desserts, coffee and pastries for carryout only.
The Lounge – This swank lobby bar is open each evening and offers comfy and modern furnishings and lounge music in serene setting overlooking the pool deck.
Citric – During the day, this sleek and chic ground-level bar serves juices and energy drinks, healthy snacks and pastries. At night, the lounge music is turned up, the dress changes from casual to hip, and the drinks change from juices to cocktails and martinis.
Shore Club – Beach bar and adults-only pool during the day and ultra hip lounge at night, the Shore Club is for the sophisticated set that enjoys a martini by the beach and a DJ with an international flair. Cabanas and lounge chairs ring the pool, making an ideal setting for conversation and romance.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Please check to see if a passport or visa is required before leaving the country. Now when traveling outside of the United States including Mexico and the Caribbean a passport is necessary. Check requirements at http://www.travel.state.gov/ .
A passport is required by many countries upon entry to their country. Also, a document indicating proof of citizenship is always required to re-enter the United States. In some instances (Mexico, Canada, etc.), a valid driver's license and a birth certificate will suffice as the proof of citizenship; however, as indicated many countries require a passport to gain entry to their country and the United States State Department "recommends" a passport as evidence of citizenship in ALL cases.
Many countries require visas (entry permits granted by the government of the country you will be visiting) to be obtained in advance of your trip.
